If you have questions about the content of my web site, or about brain and spine litigation generally, I would be delighted to consider them. I do have to explain, though, that the Bar Council imposes limitations on the extent to which barristers are permitted to advise the public directly; the general rule is that it is not permitted. I cannot, therefore, give advice about the conduct of a specific claim. This page is intended more for questions of a wider nature.
Please remember that this is a free service, and that it would be helpful if the questions are relatively short, and clearly expressed.
Finally, please bear in mind that there may be times when I am too deeply involved in current cases to deal with a question quickly. Also, I do go on holiday occasionally!
